- Develop and implement strategic plans for the adoption and integration of Workday technology solutions within the organization.
- Lead and manage a team of technology professionals to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of Workday technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and translate them into Workday technology requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Workday technology to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Workday technology, providing guidance and support to various departments and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to identify and evaluate new technology solutions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in the implementation and use of Workday technology.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Workday Implementation, Configuration, And Support.
Strong Leadership Skills And At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Or Director-Level Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Workday Technology And Products, Including Hcm, Financials, And Integrations.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present To Senior Management.
