  1. Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Order to Pay system on the Workday platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
  3. Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of the Order to Pay system, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization.
  4. Conduct regular analysis of system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Work with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the system.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Workday functionality, ensuring the organization is utilizing the system to its full potential.
  7. Manage and prioritize a backlog of system enhancements and bug fixes.
  8. Communicate system updates and changes to relevant stakeholders and provide training and support as needed.
  9. Ensure the system meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for the Order to Pay system, providing guidance and support to end-users.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and the organization.
  12. Monitor and track system performance metrics to measure the success of system enhancements and changes.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to support system integrations and upgrades.
  14. Manage and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
  15. Lead and mentor team members to ensure successful project delivery and professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Product Owner Or Similar Role, Preferably In A Financial Services Setting.

  • Expertise In Workday Order To Pay Module, Including Configuration, Testing, And Implementation.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Priorities.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Business Units And External Vendors.
