- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Order to Pay system on the Workday platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of the Order to Pay system, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization.
- Conduct regular analysis of system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Workday functionality, ensuring the organization is utilizing the system to its full potential.
- Manage and prioritize a backlog of system enhancements and bug fixes.
- Communicate system updates and changes to relevant stakeholders and provide training and support as needed.
- Ensure the system meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Order to Pay system, providing guidance and support to end-users.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and the organization.
- Monitor and track system performance metrics to measure the success of system enhancements and changes.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to support system integrations and upgrades.
- Manage and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure successful project delivery and professional growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Product Owner Or Similar Role, Preferably In A Financial Services Setting.
Expertise In Workday Order To Pay Module, Including Configuration, Testing, And Implementation.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Priorities.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Business Units And External Vendors.
