Job Description

U.S. Bank Corp is looking for an experienced and motivated Workday Automation Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business process automation, as well as the ability to utilize the Workday platform to generate insights and streamline processes. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly and accurately interpret data. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations and develop insights and recommendations.
  2. Create and maintain automated workflows and processes using the Workday platform to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Design, develop, and implement customized reports and dashboards in Workday to support data-driven decisions.
  4. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  5. Monitor data quality, identify issues, and develop solutions to optimize data accuracy and integrity.
  6. Develop and document business processes and procedures related to Workday automation.
  7. Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve data related problems.
  8. Provide technical support to end users and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
