UX Researcher

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Researcher to join U.S. Bank Corp. As a UX Researcher, you will be a key part of our user experience team and will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to inform the development of our products and services. 1. Conduct research into user needs, behaviors, and preferences to inform product and service development.
2. Develop and execute research plans, including moderating usability tests, interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
3. Analyze user research data, extracting insights and presenting results to stakeholders.
4. Keep up-to-date with UX trends and industry best practices.
5. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop user-centered solutions.
6. Utilize user research methods such as A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and usability testing.
7. Assist in the development of user experience design strategies and concepts.
8. Support the design of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
9. Serve as a mentor and provide guidance to junior UX researchers.
10. Prepare and present user research reports to key stakeholders.
