UX Researcher

We’re looking for an experienced and creative UX Researcher to join our team at U.S. Bank Corp! As a UX Researcher, you’ll be responsible for leading research initiatives that will help inform and improve our user experience. You’ll be working collaboratively across teams, facilitating user research studies, analyzing and synthesizing research findings, and providing actionable insights that will help shape our products and services.To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication and project management skills. You should be well-versed in qualitative and quantitative research methods, have experience in user research, and be knowledgeable of UX design best practices.
