Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled UX Researcher to join the U.S. Bank Corp. team. As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for understanding user behavior and providing insights to enhance and optimize product experiences. You will collaborate with our team of engineers, designers, and product managers to develop user-centered solutions that meet our customers' needs.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent research and analytical skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems. A genuine passion for improving user experiences is essential, as is the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders from diverse teams.If you have a strong drive to create great user experiences for our customers and the ambition to be part of a talented and dynamic team, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct user research and usability tests to understand user behavior and develop insights to optimize product experiences.
  2. Develop user-centered solutions to meet customer needs.
  3. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to create great user experiences.
  4. Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas of improvement.
  5. Think creatively and solve complex problems.
  6. Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders from diverse teams.
  7. Remain up-to-date with UX trends and industry best practices.
  8. Develop an understanding of the entire product development cycle.
  9. Document findings, processes, and results of research and usability tests.
  10. Develop wireframes and prototypes to illustrate user flow.
