Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UX Research Operations professional to join U.S. Bank Corp. As a UX Research Operations team member, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient and effective research operations process. Your primary focus will be to ensure the success of our UX research program, and equip our research teams with the resources they need to uncover insights that will drive our product and service design decisions.To be successful in this role, you must have an understanding of UX research principles, and a commitment to delivering quality research results. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong organizational and communication skills.The ideal candidate will have a passion for UX research and be comfortable with project management, technical operations, and data collection. You must also have a diverse skill set and the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes. If you are a motivated self-starter who is ready to take on the challenge of helping to drive the success of our UX research program, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain an effective research operations process.
  2. Manage and coordinate research projects from start to finish.
  3. Collect data and analyze research results to uncover insights.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with UX research stakeholders.
  5. Ensure quality control of UX research processes.
  6. Provide guidance and support to research teams to ensure successful research outcomes.
  7. Stay up to date with UX research trends and best practices.
  8. Utilize project management tools and techniques to manage research operations.
  9. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  10. Quickly learn and implement new tools and processes.
