UX Research Operations

We are looking for an experienced and motivated UX Research Operations professional to join U.S. Bank Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating UX research activities across the organization, ensuring successful completion of research initiatives and projects. 1. Develop and manage research projects to ensure successful completion of UX research activities.
2. Deliver timely, accurate, and useful data analysis and insights to stakeholders.
3. Ensure compliance with UX research standards and processes.
4. Manage research budgets, timelines, and resources.
5. Collaborate with UX researchers and other stakeholders to identify research needs and prioritize research initiatives.
6. Design and implement effective research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.
7. Identify and assess user requirements, preferences, and pain points.
8. Develop and implement strategies to measure UX performance and user experience.
9. Analyze and interpret research data, and generate meaningful insights.
10. Develop presentations and reports to communicate research findings to relevant stakeholders.
11. Stay up to date with UX trends and developments.
