  1. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Process various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of banking products and services in order to assist customers with their inquiries and needs.
  4. Adhere to all banking policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
  5. Keep a balanced cash drawer and accurately count and record all transactions.
  6. Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of customer information.
  7. Identify sales opportunities and make appropriate referrals to other banking departments.
  8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends in order to provide customers with relevant and valuable information.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the branch.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  13. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
