- Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with technology systems and processes.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze technology trends and developments to identify potential risks and recommend proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and evaluate new technology initiatives and their potential impact on the organization's risk profile.
- Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective risk management practices across the organization.
- Communicate risks and potential impact to senior management and make recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to technology risk management and recommend necessary changes to ensure compliance.
- Provide training and support to employees on risk management policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments for third-party vendors and ensure compliance with risk management standards.
- Participate in incident response and crisis management activities related to technology risk.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of risk assessments, mitigation plans, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective risk management processes and controls are in place.
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior management and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve risk management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technology Risk Management Or A Similar Role
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Nist, Iso, And Cobit
Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments And Developing Risk Mitigation Strategies
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
