Job Description

U.S. Bank Corp is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Sustainable Finance - Product Strategist. This position will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to bring sustainable finance products to market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sustainable finance principles, a proven track record of successful product development and launch, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to bring sustainable finance products to market.
  2. Research and analyze trends in the sustainable finance space to identify product opportunities.
  3. Develop and design sustainable finance products that meet the needs of customers.
  4. Manage the product launch process, including product pricing, marketing, and promotion.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  6. Monitor product performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
  7. Stay informed of industry developments and regulatory changes that impact sustainable finance products.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate product progress and strategy.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, including legal, compliance, and risk management.
