Proactively monitor topics and conversations in social media that affect our business. Use social data to deliver accurate and timely reporting, analysis and insights that drive business recommendations, escalation and resolution strategies, and social engagement. Be responsive to requests for deeper social listening, working closely with enterprise partners to support a more holistic analysis of issues, risks and opportunities. Manage vendor relationship for enterprise social listening and analysis tools, ensuring continued data accuracy and quality control of outputs/insights.
