  1. Develop and implement the Workday technology strategy for U.S. Bank Corp, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and goals.
  2. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Workday technology to continuously improve and enhance our systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions utilizing Workday.
  4. Lead the planning and execution of Workday projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of Workday capabilities and best practices.
  6. Identify potential risks and challenges in Workday implementation and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  7. Oversee the integration of Workday with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless functionality and data accuracy.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of Workday systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  9. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, configuration, and troubleshooting guides.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on Workday technology and processes.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure smooth implementation and maintenance of Workday systems.
  12. Stay informed on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements and optimization.
  13. Support the evaluation and selection of new Workday modules or functionalities to enhance our technology capabilities.
  14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and progress reports on Workday projects and initiatives.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data security and compliance regulations.
