  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the functionality and efficiency of our internal tools, specifically TravelBank.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any operational issues or user pain points.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in our internal tools.
  4. Develop and maintain training materials and resources for new and existing users of TravelBank.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert for TravelBank, providing guidance and support to internal users.
  6. Conduct regular user testing and gather feedback to ensure seamless user experiences.
  7. Work closely with product managers to define and prioritize product enhancements and updates.
  8. Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the use and maintenance of TravelBank.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to product operations and implement them as appropriate.
  11. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to TravelBank.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to product operations.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members on product operations processes and best practices.
  14. Participate in project planning and facilitate the successful launch of new products and features.
  15. Communicate product updates and changes to internal stakeholders and gather feedback.

  • Extensive Experience In Product Operations: The Ideal Candidate For The Senior Product Operations - Internal Tools Role At U.s. Bank Corp. Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Optimizing Product Operations, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.
