As the Senior Digital Product Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing our customer experience and driving business growth.   1. Lead the development and execution of the CRM platform strategy, in alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, and operations, to ensure a seamless and customer-centric product experience.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer trends, needs, and opportunities for product enhancement.
  4. Define and prioritize product features and requirements, based on market research and business goals.
  5. Utilize project management skills to drive the product development process, from ideation to launch and post-launch maintenance.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for all CRM platform-related initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure a smooth and efficient product development process.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and use data to inform product enhancements and optimizations.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to CRM systems, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on the CRM platform, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.
  11. Continuously assess and improve the customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  12. Work closely with the user experience (UX) team to ensure a user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing product interface.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the product team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to enhance the digital product offerings.
  14. Represent the company and the CRM platform at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Digital Product Management: A Senior Digital Product Manager For Crm At U.s. Bank Corp Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience Specifically In Managing Digital Products, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Deep Understanding Of Crm Software And Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software And Tools, Such As Salesforce Or Microsoft Dynamics, And Be Able To Leverage Them To Drive Business Objectives.
