  1. Conduct thorough audits of the organization's operations, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement internal audit plans to assess the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Identify potential areas of risk and make recommendations for improvement to enhance compliance efforts.
  4. Collaborate with department heads and team members to develop and maintain effective controls and processes for compliance monitoring.
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization's operations and advise on necessary actions to maintain compliance.
  6. Review and analyze audit findings, present recommendations to management, and assist with the implementation of corrective actions.
  7. Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance matters and promote a culture of ethical and compliant practices within the organization.
  8. Prepare audit reports and communicate audit findings to senior management and relevant regulatory bodies.
  9. Maintain and update internal audit policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes and best practices.
  10. Represent the organization in meetings with regulatory agencies and respond to any inquiries or requests for information.
  11. Supervise and mentor junior auditors to ensure quality and accuracy in their work.
  12. Uphold the organization's values and code of conduct in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Auditing Experience, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements, Including But Not Limited To, Sox, Dodd-Frank Act, And Fdic Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Compliance Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Regulatory Requirements To Various Stakeholders.
