As a Senior Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our banking operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses a deep understanding of auditing principles and regulations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.   1. Conduct thorough and comprehensive audits of the Consumer & Business Banking division to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  2. Identify and assess potential risks and deficiencies within banking operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Utilize a deep understanding of auditing principles and procedures to effectively analyze and interpret financial data.
  4. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop and implement effective audit plans and strategies.
  5. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and provide guidance on remediation efforts.
  6. Stay updated on industry regulations and developments to ensure audit processes are in line with current standards.
  7. Lead and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  8. Analyze and evaluate internal controls to identify opportunities for strengthening and streamlining processes.
  9. Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for management and regulatory agencies.
  10. Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization.
  11. Conduct investigations into potential fraud or misconduct, and report findings to appropriate parties.
  12. Collaborate with external auditors as needed to provide information and support during external audits.
  13. Participate in risk management activities and provide insights into potential risks and their impact on the business.
  14. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  15. Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency in audit procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Cpa (Certified Public Accountant) Certification.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Auditing, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Consumer And Business Banking Products And Regulations.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Communicate Potential Risks And Areas For Improvement.
