  1. Develop and implement audit plans and strategies for the personal trust and asset management division.
  2. Lead and oversee the audit team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits.
  3. Review and evaluate internal controls and processes to identify potential areas of risk and recommend improvements.
  4. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  5. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and work collaboratively to implement corrective actions.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies for the personal trust and asset management division.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements to ensure audits are in line with current standards.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, auditees, and external regulators.
  9. Mentor and train team members to build a high-performing and knowledgeable audit team.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote a strong culture of risk management and compliance within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Personal Trust And Asset Management: The Senior Audit Manager Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Personal Trust And Asset Management, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Best Practices.

  • Strong Leadership And Managerial Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead A Team Of Auditors And Effectively Manage Their Work, As Well As Provide Guidance And Support To Other Members Of The Organization.

  • Excellent Knowledge Of Auditing Principles And Techniques: The Senior Audit Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Audit Methodologies, Risk Assessment, And Internal Controls, As Well As Experience Conducting Audits In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Work: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A History Of Consistently Delivering High-Quality Audit Reports And Recommendations That Add Value To The Organization And Drive Positive Change.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Individual Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills Both Verbally And In Writing, And Be Able To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
