- Develop and implement audit plans and strategies for the innovation and analytics department to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of auditors to conduct thorough and accurate audits on all innovation and analytics processes, systems, and procedures.
- Utilize advanced analytics and data analysis techniques to identify potential risks and areas for improvement within the innovation and analytics department.

- Conduct follow-up audits to monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Act as a subject matter expert on innovation and analytics audits, providing guidance and support to other audit teams within the organization.
Extensive Experience In Auditing And Risk Management: The Senior Audit Manager Must Have A Strong Background In Auditing And Risk Management, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In These Areas. This Includes Experience In Developing And Executing Audit Plans, Identifying And Assessing Potential Risks, And Implementing Controls To Mitigate Them.
