Extensive Experience In Credit Analytics And Risk Reporting: A Senior Audit Manager For Credit Analytics At U.s. Bank Corp Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, Credit Analytics, And Risk Reporting. This Experience Should Include Working With Large Datasets And Utilizing Statistical Models To Analyze Credit Risk.
Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Credit Risk Regulations, Including Basel Iii And Other Regulatory Requirements. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Internal And External Auditors To Ensure Compliance With These Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Audit Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Interacting With Various Stakeholders. Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For Managing The Team And Effectively Communicating Audit Findings To Senior Management.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Sql, Sas, Tableau, Or Python. They Should Be Able To Extract And Analyze Data From Various Sources To Identify Trends And Patterns In Credit Risk.
Audit And Risk Management Certifications: A Senior Audit Manager At U.s. Bank Corp Should Have Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia), Certified Financial Services Auditor (Cfsa), Or Certified Risk Management Assurance (Crma). These Certifications Demonstrate The Candidate's Expertise And Knowledge In Audit And Risk Management.
