  1. Develop and implement credit risk reporting processes and methodologies that adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Oversee the Credit Analytics team and provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of credit risk reports.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to gather and analyze data for credit risk reporting purposes.
  4. Monitor and analyze credit risk data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance credit risk reporting processes and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of credit risk data through regular audits and quality control checks.
  7. Communicate credit risk reporting findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes related to credit risk management and reporting.
  9. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge within the Credit Analytics team.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including auditors and regulators.
  11. Stay current with technological advancements and leverage them to improve credit risk reporting processes and efficiency.
  12. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to credit risk management and reporting.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure their growth and development.
  14. Uphold a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the Credit Analytics team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Credit Analytics And Risk Reporting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Credit Analytics And Risk Reporting, With A Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Management Principles And Methodologies.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Credit Risk Regulations: The Senior Audit Manager Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Credit Risk Regulations, Including Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank Act, And Ccar Requirements, To Ensure Compliance In All Credit Risk Reporting Processes.
