- Facilitate Scrum processes: The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the Agile teams. They will ensure that these processes are executed efficiently and effectively to support the team's progress towards project goals.
- Coach and mentor team members: The Scrum Master will act as a coach and mentor to team members, providing guidance on Agile practices and helping them to continuously improve their processes and ways of working. They will also foster a culture of collaboration, openness, and continuous learning within the team.
- Remove impediments: The Scrum Master will be responsible for identifying and removing any obstacles or impediments that may prevent the team from achieving their goals. This could include anything from technical issues to communication barriers, and the Scrum Master will work closely with the team to find solutions and keep the project on track.

- Monitor progress and report on metrics: The Scrum Master will track and report on project progress and metrics, such as sprint velocity and burn-down charts. They will use this data to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to processes as needed.
- Support continuous improvement: As part of the Agile philosophy, continuous improvement is crucial. The Scrum Master will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
