  1. Oversee the development and management of the Salesforce CRM platform to ensure it meets the needs of the business and customers.

  4. Drive the evolution of the CRM strategy, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  5. Communicate with various departments to identify and address any issues or challenges with the CRM platform.
  6. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for CRM initiatives.
  7. Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.

  9. Act as the primary point of contact for any Salesforce CRM-related inquiries or issues.

  12. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the CRM platform with other systems and applications.
  13. Continuously assess and optimize the CRM platform to ensure it aligns with business goals and objectives.
  14. Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry best practices for CRM.
  15. Use feedback from customers and employees to identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes to enhance the user experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Salesforce Crm Space

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Salesforce Crm Platform And Its Various Modules, Such As Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Etc.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching New Products And Features Within A Crm System

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision-Making And Improve Product Performance.
