
Salesforce CRM Product Manager

- Lead and manage the development and optimization of the Salesforce CRM system for U.S. Bank Corp.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and customer service, to understand business needs and align the Salesforce CRM system accordingly.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform, its capabilities, and best practices, and stay updated on new features and updates.
- Create and execute a roadmap for continuous improvement and innovation of the Salesforce CRM system to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth.
- Analyze data and provide insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Ensure the Salesforce CRM system meets business requirements and is aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Communicate updates, changes, and improvements to relevant stakeholders and provide training and support as needed.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives related to the Salesforce CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in CRM technology and recommend ways to incorporate them into the Salesforce system.
- Maintain strong relationships with Salesforce and other technology vendors to leverage their expertise and stay updated on new features and updates.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the Salesforce CRM system is integrated with other business systems and processes.
- Ensure data quality and security within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on Salesforce CRM best practices and processes.
- Uphold U.S. Bank Corp's mission and values in all interactions and decisions.
- Continuously monitor and track the effectiveness and impact of the Salesforce CRM system, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In A Crm Or Technology-Related Role
Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Crm And Proficiency In Using The Platform
Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Launching Successful Products And Features
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Product Strategy And Execution.
