Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and organized Reporting and Project Quality Control Analyst to join the team at U.S. Bank Corp! This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical individual with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for finding solutions. The Reporting and Project Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of reporting and project deliverables, as well as providing oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with project standards and regulations. To ensure success, the successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, have a minimum of two years of experience in a related role, and be highly organized, have strong technical acumen, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and audit the accuracy of reporting and project deliverables.
  2. Make sure that all projects adhere to standards and regulations.
  3. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Lead problem-solving initiatives to ensure the timely completion of projects.
  5. Provide guidance and feedback to team members.
  6. Analyze project data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve efficiency.
  7. Create and update project documentation and reports.
  8. Participate in meetings and provide input on project progress.
  9. Develop and implement quality control processes.
  10. Review and provide feedback on project deliverables.
