  1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making within the Operational Risk Management team.
  2. Utilize various reporting tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks within the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from multiple sources to develop comprehensive risk reports.
  4. Develop and maintain reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of risk data.
  5. Evaluate current risk management practices and make recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Implement and maintain risk reporting dashboards and other data visualization tools to facilitate effective decision-making.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in risk management and data analytics.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of new risk management strategies and processes.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy in risk reporting.
  11. Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to senior management in a timely manner.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on risk reporting and analytics, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline risk reporting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive risk data.
  15. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to risk management and data privacy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Operational Risk Management, Reporting, And Analytics.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools Such As Tableau, Sql, And Excel.

  • Knowledge Of Risk Management Frameworks And Regulations, Such As Basel Iii And Dodd-Frank.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Meaningful Insights For Decision Making.
