The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, the ability to work in a high-paced environment, and the confidence to tackle complex data sets and regulatory reporting requirements.We are seeking an individual who has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze financial regulations, including Dodd-Frank, Volcker Rule, and Bank Secrecy Act.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to data management and reporting.
• Manage and report on financial data sets.
• Identify and suggest solutions to data management and reporting issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain a library of banking regulations and best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on banking regulations and data management/reporting principles.
• Maintain accurate documentation of regulatory changes and their impacts.
• Create and update reports to track progress on regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure accuracy of data and reporting.
