  9. Document and maintain model development and validation processes in accordance with regulatory standards.
  10. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of modeling methodologies and processes.
  11. Work independently on projects and manage timelines to meet deadlines.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on quantitative modeling techniques and provide guidance to team members.
  13. Train and mentor junior analysts on modeling best practices and techniques.
  14. Adhere to U.S. Bank Corp's code of ethics and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve model efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or Finance.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Develop And Implement Complex Financial Models.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, Or Sql.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Products And Markets, Including Risk Management Principles.

  • Previous Experience In A Quantitative Modeling Role, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
