  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Lead a team of auditors and analysts to conduct audits and reviews of processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  3. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality assurance and risk management, providing guidance and training to team members and other departments as needed.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure open communication and alignment on quality standards and processes.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to quality assurance and risk management, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Conduct regular reviews of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure they remain effective and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  9. Prepare and present reports on quality assurance and risk management activities to senior management, highlighting any areas of concern or improvement.
  10. Act as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support during audits and examinations.
  11. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization, promoting a proactive and collaborative approach to risk management.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to support their growth and development.

Job Qualifications
