  1. Lead and manage the end-to-end credit card claims process for U.S. Bank Corp.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and streamline the claims process.
  3. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive efficiency and quality in the claims process.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to provide updates and address any issues.
  7. Conduct regular reviews of processes and procedures to identify opportunities for optimization.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to support the claims process.
  9. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and customer service.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the claims process.
  11. Take ownership of customer escalations and work towards timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  12. Develop and manage budgets and resources for the claims operations.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the overall credit card operations.
  14. Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to prioritize and implement new features and enhancements.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Credit Card Operations: The Product Owner Operations Credit Card Claims Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Credit Card Operations, Including Processes, Systems, And Regulations.

  • Experience In Claims Management: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Managing Credit Card Claims, Including Fraud, Disputes, And Chargebacks. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Product Owner Operations Credit Card Claims Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Customers, Internal Teams, And External Partners. Therefore, Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As The Main Point Of Contact For Credit Card Claims, The Product Owner Must Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills. They Should Be Able To Identify Patterns, Trends, And Root Causes Of Claims And Develop Effective Solutions.

  • Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks: This Role Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Claims Simultaneously, So The Product Owner Must Be Able To Prioritize Tasks Effectively And Manage Their Time Efficiently. They Should Also Be Able To Adapt To Changing Priorities And Deadlines.
