We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager for our Privileged Access Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and management of our Privileged Access Management products.   1. Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Privileged Access Management (PAM) products in line with the overall company objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify product needs and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and sales to ensure the successful development and launch of new PAM products.
  4. Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, creating product roadmaps, and managing the product backlog.
  5. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionality.
  6. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  7. Manage the product lifecycle, including product enhancements, updates, and end-of-life decisions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements related to PAM products.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on PAM products and provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback on product performance.
  11. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of product knowledge and expertise within the PAM team.
  12. Ensure all PAM products are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  13. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of PAM products and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote PAM products and build brand awareness.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the PAM team.
