
Product Manager, Privileged Access Management

- Develop the overall strategy and vision for the Privileged Access Management (PAM) product, aligned with the company's goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to define product requirements and priorities.
- Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Communicate product updates, features, and benefits to internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and partners.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop pricing strategies and define product positioning to increase market share and revenue.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
- Train and support sales teams on product features and benefits, enabling them to effectively promote and sell the PAM solution.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to PAM and ensure the product meets all necessary standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback for future product enhancements.
- Mentor and guide junior product team members, providing support and helping them develop their skills.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote the PAM product and build brand awareness.
- Continuously assess and improve the product roadmap to ensure it aligns with company goals and customer needs.
- Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while managing competing priorities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Computer Science, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry
Knowledge And Understanding Of Privileged Access Management Tools And Technologies
Experience In Developing And Launching Successful Products, Including Market Analysis, Competitive Analysis, And Product Positioning
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Effectively.
