In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our team of high-performing wealth managers and delivering top-notch service to our affluent clients.   1. Provide administrative support to the Private Wealth Management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Act as a liaison between the team and affluent clients, handling inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain client files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  4. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  5. Assist with project management and execution of special projects and events.
  6. Manage and prioritize incoming communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  7. Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
  8. Monitor and track team expenses and ensure timely submission of expense reports.
  9. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or conflicts, escalating to management as needed.
  10. Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  11. Continuously update and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  12. Work collaboratively with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  13. Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to support the team's success.
  14. Provide support to other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  15. Demonstrates a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Wealth Management Products And Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
