  • Develop and implement a comprehensive executive recruitment strategy, in alignment with the company's overall talent acquisition strategy, to identify and attract top-level executives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including but not limited to, networking, social media, job boards, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
  • Screen and evaluate potential candidates based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit with the organization
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for further consideration
  • Build and maintain a strong network of top-level executive candidates and establish relationships with industry associations and professional organizations
  • Partner with external search firms and executive recruitment agencies when necessary and manage the relationship and process to ensure successful candidate placements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the executive recruitment process to attract and retain top talent and enhance the company's employer brand
  • Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Executive Recruiting, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Current Market Trends And Best Practices In Executive Recruitment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Top-Level Executives.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Filling High-Level Executive Positions And Driving Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives In Recruitment.
