2. Handle customer inquiries and financial transactions in a timely and professional manner.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
5. Research and resolve disputes and discrepancies.
6. Monitor and update customer accounts.
7. Prepare and process monthly and quarterly reports.
8. Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.
9. Track and maintain records of customer transactions.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.
