- Develop and implement technology-based learning solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design effective and engaging learning experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the learning industry.
- Conduct thorough research and evaluation of learning technologies to determine their effectiveness and relevance to the organization.
- Design and develop interactive and multimedia learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and simulations.
- Ensure that all learning materials are user-friendly and accessible to all employees.
- Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting of learning technologies to ensure smooth functioning.
- Train and support employees on how to effectively use learning technologies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing learning programs to incorporate new technologies and enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning technologies with other HR and business systems.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of learning technologies and their usage.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders on learning technology-related matters.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and proactively implement them in the organization's learning programs.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external vendors for learning technology products and services.
Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing E-Learning Programs In A Corporate Setting.
Expertise In Learning Management Systems, Such As Blackboard Or Canvas, And Other Instructional Technologies.
Familiarity With Adult Learning Principles And The Ability To Design Engaging And Interactive Learning Experiences.
Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
