In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the corporate compensation program. This includes recommending, developing, and implementing compensation strategies and policies that align with the company's overall business objectives. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a background in compensation and benefits. You must also possess the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, lead and motivate teams, and analyze complex financial information. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the corporate compensation program, including recommending, developing, and implementing compensation strategies and policies.
- Analyze complex financial information to ensure the compensation program is in line with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve desired results.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.
- Develop and maintain relevant job descriptions.
- Manage the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of compensation and benefits programs.
- Monitor and review changes in the external marketplace to ensure the competitive nature of the company’s compensation offerings.
- Manage the annual compensation budget process.
- Prepare reports and analysis to present to senior management and board members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
