U.S. Bank Corp is currently seeking a skilled IRS Lockbox Operations Processor to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and recording tax payments received via lockbox.   1. Accurately process and record tax payments received via lockbox.
  2. Ensure compliance with all IRS regulations and procedures.
  3. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage high volume of transactions.
  4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all records.
  5. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding tax payments.
  7. Update and maintain records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Monitor and report on daily processing volumes and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date with changes in IRS regulations and procedures.
