  1. Accurately and efficiently process a high volume of incoming payments for the Internal Revenue Service.
  2. Ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner and in compliance with company and IRS guidelines.
  3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while processing payments.
  4. Monitor and reconcile daily payment transactions to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any payment issues or errors.
  6. Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain the security and confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
  7. Keep accurate records of all payment transactions and maintain organized files for easy retrieval.
  8. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in payment processing.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and guidelines related to payment processing.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  11. Prioritize workload and meet daily production goals.
