Insights & Reporting Analyst

The analyst will also be responsible for delivering accurate and timely insights, reports, and presentations to internal stakeholders.Qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and research, and strong technical skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Candidates should have a strong understanding of financial information, a proven track record of producing high-quality reports, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. A successful candidate must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

3. Develop and maintain financial models, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and helping the organization develop strategies to reach its financial targets.
4. Utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint to create reports and presentations.
5. Conduct research to support decision making.

7. Stay abreast of changes in the financial services industry.
8. Monitor and report on financial performance and trends.
9. Develop strategies to improve financial performance.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
