  1. Develop and implement strategies for managing and mitigating information security risks within the organization.
  2. Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective risk management processes and controls.
  4. Monitor and analyze security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation and prevention.
  5. Keep up-to-date with evolving security threats and industry standards to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
  6. Conduct training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert for all information security and compliance matters, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Prepare and present reports on risk assessment findings, compliance status, and recommended actions to senior management.
  10. Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  11. Identify potential gaps in security policies and procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Conduct vendor risk assessments and ensure third-party vendors comply with security standards.
  13. Stay current on emerging security technologies and recommend new tools and processes to enhance the organization's security posture.
  14. Serve as a liaison between the organization and external partners to ensure compliance with information security requirements.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance information security processes and controls.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Information Security And Risk Management.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements, Such As Pci-Dss, Hipaa, And Glba.

  • Professional Certifications In Information Security And Risk Management, Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Crisc.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
