  1. Monitor and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including analyzing credit risk and identifying potential issues.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential credit losses.
  3. Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and industry best practices related to commercial real estate lending.
  4. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of borrower creditworthiness and loan performance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as underwriting, legal, and loan officers to ensure timely and accurate decision-making.
  6. Communicate credit risk issues, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
  7. Stay updated on industry and market trends, as well as changes in regulations and policies related to commercial real estate lending.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to effectively manage credit risk.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of credit risk management policies and procedures.
  10. Mentor and train junior credit risk management team members.
  11. Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance to senior management.
  12. Remain adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve credit risk management processes and procedures.
  14. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on commercial real estate credit risk management within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, Specifically With Commercial Real Estate Portfolios.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Regulations, Compliance Requirements, And Risk Mitigation Strategies.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Make Informed Decisions.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Cre Portfolios And Driving Positive Business Outcomes.
