Job Description

At U.S. Bank Corp, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Security Administrator - Workday to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our Human Resources systems. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the Workday Human Resources platform, along with the ability to analyze and interpret data. Additionally, this position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly navigate through changing and dynamic environments. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. They should also have a minimum of three years of experience working in HR security and administration in a large-scale organization. An understanding of the entire HR lifecycle, from recruiting to retirement, is also essential. Furthermore, this role demands a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
