In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our global corporate trust relationships.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with global corporate trust clients.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Proactively identify opportunities to expand and deepen client relationships.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized financial solutions to meet client needs.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to anticipate client needs and provide valuable insights.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and analysis of client portfolios to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  7. Work with internal partners to ensure a seamless and efficient client onboarding process.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on financial products and services, providing guidance and education to clients as needed.
  9. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and opportunities for growth.
  10. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and relationships.
  11. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
  12. Comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements in relation to client interactions and transactions.
  13. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  14. Continuously strive to enhance the client experience and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for U.S. Bank Corp, promoting the company's values and mission in all client interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Trust Or Related Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Corporate Trust Products And Services, Including Debt And Equity Issuance, Escrow Services, And Corporate Restructuring.

  • Experience Managing A Portfolio Of Diverse Clients And The Ability To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities.
