- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and preferences through research and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and efficient digital experiences for bankers.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for various digital platforms, including desktop and mobile, that align with the company's brand and design standards.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and new technologies to drive innovation and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and other design deliverables to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and visually appealing promotional materials.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
- Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and solicit feedback to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to foster their growth and development.
- Help establish and maintain design standards and guidelines for the organization.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the overall experience for bankers and customers.
Bachelor's Degree In Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In User Experience (Ux) Design, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry.
Proficiency In Design Software, Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Or Invision.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Ability To Conduct User Research And Testing.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Stakeholders To Deliver High-Quality Design Solutions.
