  1. Provide administrative support to executive leadership team including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
  2. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  3. Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the organization.
  5. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  6. Conduct research and gather information for various projects.
  7. Proactively anticipate and solve problems to ensure efficient workflow.
  8. Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Develop and maintain a filing system for important documents and records.
  10. Coordinate and support special events and meetings as needed.
  11. Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments within the organization.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
  14. Stay updated on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  15. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Prioritize And Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
