
Environmental Finance - Asset Manager
U.S. Bank Corp is seeking an experienced Environmental Finance - Asset Manager to join our team. This individual should have a passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving sustainable solutions for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the environmental finance activities related to our asset management activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of environmental finance, asset management, and capital markets.This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, environmental science, or a related field, as well as 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills are essential, as the Environmental Finance - Asset Manager will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Lead environmental finance activities related to asset management activities.
- Utilize strong understanding of environmental finance, asset management, and capital markets.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple tasks independently.
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental laws and regulations.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics.
- Identify and analyze the environmental risks associated with investments.
- Develop strategies for mitigating those risks.
- Coordinate with the finance team to identify and secure appropriate financing for environmental projects.
