Director of Support Services - Affordable Housing

Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Public Administration or related field• 5+ years of experience in affordable housing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role• Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills• Proven track record in managing budgets and staff• Working knowledge of relevant housing regulations, laws and policies• Ability to build relationships with tenants, colleagues and external organizations• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
