- Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy for U.S. Bank Corp, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Lead the data governance team and provide guidance and support to data stewards and other stakeholders throughout the organization
- Establish and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and security of data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document data requirements, data flows, and data usage to support business processes and decision making
- Monitor and evaluate data quality and integrity, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies as needed
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards
