  1. Develop and implement credit risk management strategies and policies to ensure the safety and soundness of lending practices.
  2. Monitor and assess credit risk exposure, identify potential areas of risk, and develop plans to mitigate and manage these risks.
  3. Conduct ongoing reviews of credit portfolios and make recommendations for necessary changes or adjustments.
  4. Analyze credit data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure compliance with credit risk management policies and procedures.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of credit risk analysts to achieve department goals and objectives.
  7. Provide guidance and support to loan officers and other team members on credit risk assessment and management.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit risk management and implement relevant changes or updates to our processes.
  9. Communicate credit risk management strategies and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
  10. Conduct training and educational sessions for employees on credit risk management and related topics.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance credit risk management capabilities.
  12. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to credit risk management.
  13. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on credit risk exposure and performance.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of credit risk management strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  15. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management Within The Banking Or Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Principles, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Experience With Credit Risk Assessment Tools And Software, As Well As Data Analysis And Reporting.
